No. x-change coordinates governed instructions through regulated providers. Custody, payment execution, and final settlement remain with the authorized institutions.
Can we evaluate a product before licensing?
Yes. A bounded evaluation can define the use case, evidence, integration surface, success criteria, confidentiality, and the limits of the evaluation environment.
Who implements and supports the technology?
3neti can provide architecture, commissioning, training, and support. Qualified implementation partners may participate under clearly defined responsibilities.
Is 3neti a large consulting firm?
No. 3neti is founder-led. Lester B. Hurtado directs research, architecture, and core engineering; external specialists and partners join bounded engagements where their expertise is required.
